Allied Minds Appoints Richard H. Davis To Board of Directors
Boston, Mass. — June 16, 2010— Allied Minds, Inc., an early-stage technology capital investment firm focused on commercializing technologies from leading U.S. Universities and National Labs, today announced the appointment of Richard H. Davis to its Board of Directors. Davis is an internationally recognized political leader with more than thirty years of experience in business and public affairs.

Davis currently serves as a Partner in the Pegasus Sustainable Century Merchant Bank, a private equity firm specializing in sustainable development projects, and as Managing Director of Davis Manafort, a business development and public affairs consulting practice. His previous experience includes involvement in every presidential campaign since 1980. Most recently, he served as National Campaign Manager of Senator John S. McCain’s 2008 presidential campaign where he oversaw the development and implementation of campaign strategy and policy. He also served Senator McCain as National Campaign Manager for his 2000 Republican Presidential Primary campaign.
Davis joins the Allied Minds Board of Directors just as the Company’s key shareholder increased its stake in the business. With this financing, Allied Minds now has a capitalization of more than $200 million.
