Allied Minds' mission is to convert academic discoveries into commercial activity and wealth by working with select US universities and investing in early stage spin-out and licensing deals.

INVESTMENT POLICY

Allied Minds is a self-managed investment vehicle established to take majority equity positions in promising discovers that our university partners generate. Because Allied Minds is not sector-specific, we invest in opportunities from areas as diverse as medicine, energy, software, and beyond. We pursue opportunities that offer an attractive risk-return profile, a development timeline that supports our strategy, and the potential for products or services that will be transformative in their industries. Although we seek to build as diverse a portfolio as possible, we do focus our investments on early stage technologies developed in the U.S. We aim to guide our early-stage companies to commercial success and generate value for all stakeholders.
